What services do you offer?

Curated Occasions Co offers full-service planning, custom décor, grazing tables, balloon installations, personalized drink stations, and signage for both intimate gatherings and medium -scale events. We also create bespoke keepsakes and curated gift boxes, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully designed and uniquely tailored.

What types of occasions do you specialize in?

We curate occasions of all kinds, including, birthdays, team events, baby showers, girls' nights, and intimate gatherings. 

Do you offer full occasion planning or just design services?

We offer both! Whether you need full-service planning or just design and décor. We've had clients request only to curate custom keepsakes and fun birthday boxes as well.  We tailor our services to fit your needs.

How far in advance should I book your services?

For full service occasions we recommend booking at least 3 months in advance but we will accommodate shorter timelines when possible.

For curated keepsakes (e.g. party boxes, customized bottles, occasion favors, goodie bags, etc.) we recommend at least 4 weeks in advance  but will accommodate when possible.

Do you offer custom gift boxes and keepsakes?

Yes! We create personalized gift boxes and keepsakes, perfect for guests, bridal parties, birthdays, baby showers, thank you gifts, or any other special occasion.

Do you provide staff or coordinators on the day of the occasion?

Yes! If you book full-service planning, we will be on-site to manage every detail.

Do you travel for occasions?

Yes! We are located in West Des Moines, Iowa but we are available for travel. Additional travel fees may apply.

What happens if I need to make last-minute changes?

We do our best to accommodate changes, but last-minute requests may be subject to availability and additional fees.

What is your cancellation policy?

Deposits are non-refundable.

Most cancellations within 30 days of the event may be subject to additional fees.

Do you work with other vendors or outside partners?

Absolutely! While Curated Occasions Co is a full-service boutique, we also collaborate with a trusted network of local small businesses and specialty vendors when needed. This allows us to offer custom pieces and unique enhancements—like balloon arches, custom rentals, or specialty signage—that align with your vision. Every partner is handpicked to ensure they match our standards of quality and service. Whether it’s scaling for a larger guest count or sourcing a unique design element, we make sure you have the right team behind your occasion.
